Blood Pressure, Football and Birthdays

The boys have started football.

Jared had his 37th birthday. 

Jared is fighting high blood pressure.  He has had if for several years, but recently at the doctors office the doctor said he needed to be on medication.  So, he is taking a blood pressure medicine and hoping to see if his blood pressure can come down.  The doctor also suggested getting a test to check his renal arterial something, haha.  We are worried about him because he is really young to be starting on medications.

Lightening Strikes Twice?

I am not sure what the odds are for me to get another infection in my arm in almost the exact same spot, BUT ON THE OTHER arm.  So, I have to take back that my arms will not be balanced.  I now have the same sized arms again.  I am trying something different to heal it though.  I have smothered my arm with Triple Antibiotic cream and then wrapped my arm with Saran Wrap.  I am hoping the antibiotic cream will kill the infection, which hasn't spread anymore since I've started doing this.  If in the morning I don't see improvement, I'll make the call to the doctor.

One Arm bigger than the Other

So the infection in my arm is gone, but my left arm is still swollen a little.  I am probably the only one who would notice the difference in the size of my arms.

We have been super busy.  The boys started football and Jared helping coach Joseph's team.

Vanessa started private violin lessons.

Eric is playing football.

Rex and Bruce are little kids who keep us busy.

Jared still works at Malt O-Meal, now called Mom Brands.  He enjoys his work and works with some remarkable people.
